Installation: SP: Drag and Drop the 'sandy_mechanic_mlo' folder from the 'SP' folder into your Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks folder and add a line in to the dlclist. I tried moving my mp3 files to the Rockstar directory in appdata/local and doing a music rescan, but only reverting from this mod brings my self radio back.
